What is important to you in a company? What things do you look for in an organization? I look for a company with a positive atmosphere and friendly coworkers. I think that an organization that cultivates innovation and creativity is one that will flourish. I want to be a part of a winning team, unafraid to try new things. In your previous job what kind of pressures did you encounter? I have encountered pressure of all types. From the irrate customer to the last minute request of my project manager, I am well versed in handling the pressures that this kind of job can place on a person. I believe that one\\\'s ability to use pressure as a motivator is the key to pushing beyond an average career. I enjoy pressure and the excitement that accompanies it. How would you describe yourself as a person? I would describe myself as hard working, genuine, and honest. I pride myself in taking on ambitious projects and seeing them through to the end.
